Results of the Dyeing Day
This is the result from all those little containers in the last post. It's about 10 metres or so. They always look totally different once they're washed and ironed. Think I'd better get myself motivated to actually do something with them. The problem is often not a lack of ideas but too many ideas. This becomes indecision - which becomes procrastination. Does anyone else get like this?

I'll think about it and tell you tomorrow :]
You bet, Nola. I have hundreds (well it feels like hundreds) of ideas for quilts floating around in my head and sometimes it can leave me feeling paralysed. Thanks for your advice about the use of the digital camera. I think I need to get the book out and read how to use it!
Your fabric looks great. I have only tried dyeing once. Must try it again.
Yes, too many ideas, not enough time so too little is actually done.
Yes, I totally understand this. I am scared I won't do justice to the beautiful fabric, and I'll waste it. The result is it sits there for months, an even bigger waste. Far better to leap in and start chopping! Now, where to begin...
